What are your impressions of Magny-Cours, where the French Grand Prix is held?
Some drivers don’t like it, but I actually find it a very good circuit. The track layout is good, you have to have a good downforce balance for the high speed and low speed corners, so set-up is always a compromise. There are a few possibilities to overtake so you also have to have a good speed to be able to pass on the straight. I like the track though - the only problem I can see with it is it’s in the middle of nowhere!

Albers shows new Spyker colours in Silverstone

Christijan Albers showed a promising performance in the newly coloured Spyker MF1 Racing today at Silverstone. Albers covered 48 laps in the orange and silver Spyker.

“We have been testing various tyre compounds with Bridgestone for the Chinese and Japanese Grand Prix. There were definitely some good tyres we need to choose from,” said Albers.

Albers is a big fan of the new Spyker design: “The new car looks really spectacular. It is now a truly Dutch car so what more could I wish for? The best thing is that the car doesn’t only stand out but looks also very strong.
